Hi,
yesterday I bought a fishing rod and I was wondering what is it called.
IT doesn't have a reel OR rings, just 6 meters, 295 grams fishing rod...
Also how do you put a line on a rod like this?
And how can fishing rod be too hard for certain kinds of fish?

with the discription you give it could be a nine foot cane pole or a nine foot fly rod.

Sounds like a rod blank or cane pole as DaveT stated. Tie some line on the tip the lenghth of the pole and cast out. You will just be able to catch small fish with this rod.
