Won't be long with these cold nights. I'm giving it another week; maybe two. Then I'll try it. Only reports I've seen indicate an occasional trout when targeting other species...

Wife and I went down last Sunday (2nd). On the water 20 minutes and wife caught nice fat 16" trout about 4pm. Looked like it might be a good day till I caught sick and we left. Fished less than 30 min. I do think the time may be right. Good luck...Mike

I went out on the 9th od Oct, tried leadcore trolling through the narrows and then over by the rocks near the dam. Not one trout again. Was using flasher/wedding ring and a rainbow trout pattern rooster tail. Caught one perch that was it. I'm gonna try a different area of Strike to see if my luck turns better.
BTW the water out there this weekend was 63-64 degrrees depending where you were.
