Insurance? - MajBob - 10-06-2011 [font "Arial"][#000000][size 2]I just received a package from Cabela's, and in it was my new battery box, along with a flyer from GEICO advertising for insurance for power craft: RVs, boats, personal watercraft, etc. I never thought about insurance. Do I really need it? Does anyone have insurance? Liability insurance? I'm starting to acquire a considerable investment in watercraft and accessories. I probably should look into fire & theft and such. What think y'all? Cheers, Bob Hendry [/size][/#000000][/font] [signature] Re: [MajBob] Insurance? - flygoddess - 10-06-2011 My pontoons are covered. Like you said, there is a lot of money there. [signature] Re: [MajBob] Insurance? - TubeDude - 10-06-2011 [cool][#0000ff]Not a requirement for any state I know of. However, it is a good "policy". [/#0000ff] [#0000ff][/#0000ff] [#0000ff]Before you go shopping for separate coverage, check your existing homeowners and auto policies to see if you might already have some protection. If not, you can probably add on a rider for less than buying a new program.[/#0000ff] [signature] |
