I am making a LMB and SMB website(need ur reviews) - Edgy779 - 09-19-2011
Well i am taking a web design class and i am really liking it. So i wanted to make a website that can educate people and i would post the changes that i make and finally put it on on a server. Also is you can think of anything that i could put in. So far i have ideas for general info, lures and bait, rods and reels, enviorment, and terminal tackle. I am doing this by coding HTML in notepad. Any advice will be awesome.

There are a lot of hosting sites that will give you a free hosting account with limited functions. One of the best is:

You get alot of functions and no ads on your pages.
I used to make websites back in the day and it was a lot of fun. Have fun.

thanks for the link it will help out. Its not something insanely detailed, just pics and text, some linked pages and pictures. I will have to look at that after i finish it. i havent been able to get very far due to the fact i had to go to job training but i will get homepage up by at max the end of the week. I am not going to put it up on a server until i get it finishing i am thinking if i upload the file here anyone can view it. But if not i guess i might just put it up on a server and keep editing it.

For the heads up the homepage is almost finished, just gotta add a few pics and other little codes and a closing paragraph. Should be done by tonight. I am going to try to see if i upload the document that isnt on a server yet if you guys can all view it. If not im going to look into getting it up on a server and telling everyone when it is updated.

I have a program called domain samari that allows you to check the availability of names. That grouped with the google app of keyword research can get you a name that will automatically attract traffic. I will be glad to help you with it or if you would like to obtain your own copy you can get it from "deadbeat dan". I got it so long ago that I no longer have the download link.
