It looks like it might be homemade but if it ismy dad didn't make it. The only possible use I would guess is somethingto do with a trolling motor. Please let me know if you know what it is. [cool] nice find, clean it up, give it a paint job and pass it on down to your grand kids. use a clear laqure to give it the athentic look.
