Quaestion about Licensing/Registration - fishingdude - 06-27-2011

Hey all, I live in Washington and just got a 10ft inflatable Zodiac. I have an old 6hp evinrude that I just picked up as well and want to know if you have to register the boat or get it licensed with the 6hp motor on it when I go out to the lake to fish?

I would say yes. You might want to give your local DNR a call and see what all it takes.

I have a 5 hp. and I definitely have to license, but I do if I put any kind of motor on. I am 99% sure you will have to as well. I have several friends in WA.
