sandy fly nymph - thebug - 06-03-2011 anyone know how to tie this fly? i remember when i first started grandpa wold always put one on for me and it always seemed like a bomber fly that caught fish. If so good luck, from what I was told it is a weave type of fly and not many people tie it. My dad is a huge fan of those 2 flys, I spent 3 months asking at shops and looking around for them.
