It looks like the head is broke on the right side, and the prop only turns a little???? When you rev it up, the prop isn't turning?

The cowling is cracked, cosmetic. The engine has forward and neutral. It was in neutral during the revving. It has a TON of compression and is easy to start. I tried to show everything up close so as to hide nothing.

I forgot the "prop turns a little" answer. Optical illusion. Ever watch a western where the wagon wheels seem to be barely moving or moving backwards? Same principal.
