What is the best spinner for largemouth and pike - SkeetReese - 05-13-2011
Im usually an artificial worm man. I catch a shit load of bass on Yamamoto 5 inchers. I am trying to switch to lures but don't know which ones are the best because i go to canada every summer for pike and bass

Personally I use many diffferent colors black, red or white. I got a new one that is all red and i got another that is black and white go to wal mart and pick up the one dollar spinners and try them till you find a color that works

Sencos are my favorite bait as well up north. Make sure you have some black with blue flake. Buzzbaits in white or black work well for pike and bass. Jointed rapala in brown and some black tube baits. These should cover most days. Don't forget the mighty white 3" grub. Good Luck.[

Senkos are my favorite too. To make them last longer I texas rig them and once the top rips i wacky rig them. Catch 90% of my fish on those lures unless you really want a change I would stick with senkos as your go to bait
