Does anyone know how the progress is on Edson Fitcher community pond is going in Pocatello, Idaho? Will it be fishable this year as reported last fall?

Dave Teuscher talked about this[black] a few weeks ago at a meeting I was at. He said everything was pretty much in line and work would start soon. He thought it would be up and ready by fall.[size 3][font "Times New Roman,Palatino"]
