We always use an electric knife and fa-lay them out not bones just meat, that how we do it big man!!!!1 [Image: bobwink.gif]

The whites are the cleanest catfish I've ever tasted and there always best in the winter time because they don't have a think layer of fat like in the summer![Image: fish-on.gif]
