I went to the outdoor expo in utah today... It was ok I enjoyed myself... There is things for kidds to do as well as us bigger kids!![cool] for the kids.. There was a big clear fish tank full of trout ranging from what looked to be 6'' to 16'' pretty neat to watch... There was a fly casting compettition. There is a dogg water sports area with the long jump.. Lots of vendors maniac was there.. As well as hundreds of other great companees. It was really a good turn out.. I sugest taking a train or buss or cab due to lack of parking.. Sportsmanss lodge was there from canada.. Cross canyon arms.. There is a vacation givaway for a week on a houseboat in hells canyon area.. A big game huting givaway for arizona colorado area... As well as many others... So if you can go check it out very cool.. I think the last day is sunday... Could be wrong but I think it's sunday...

I used to go to that every year when I was going to BYU. It is a lot of fun.

No they don't sell guns there . Sometimes there will be raffles at some of the booths for guns , but thats about it . I have been to this expo since it started about 10 years ago . There use to be some great bargins , but not anymore it is mostly Guides trying to sell hunting and fishing trips . If you are down there and have nothing else to do go. I would not make the trip for just the expo it's not that great anymore . Curt G.

It's a week late for me. I need to be down that way in a week. Are there any boat or outdoor shows next weekend anyone knows about in SLC?
