Lamont - FishingSteve - 01-31-2011 [ ![]() Fishing was very slow to say the least. They were biting on pink jigs tipped with a small worm. If you plan on going, the ice is solid to the edges and four wheelers are the way to go. [signature] Re: [FishingSteve] Lamont - cpierce - 01-31-2011 Nice! I like Lamont. It doesn't have big fish, but it has a variety, and it is fun. [signature] Re: [cpierce] Lamont - jeremypeace - 01-31-2011 yes lemont is a nice place... Very nice just to bad it's all private property except for the dam area.. So bank fishing is out of the question in the warm months.. I like to bring my light tackle there and throw little micro hard baits for all the little bass and panfish. Though that being said, the bluegill must eat better than the bass as I've caught a lot of good sized ones, but a 12" bass has me happy at Lamont. [signature] |
