Got out for the late afternoon/evening and fished from 3:30-6:30. Trout were biting pretty consistently until dusk. They were 14-18 inches and fat. Ventured out to deeper water and caught a fat 10 inch perch, wish I would have gone out there earlier. Hoped to get some walleye after dusk but no sign of them. Ice is about 8 inches thick at grey's landing.
