Chesterfield - MadRussian - 12-20-2010
Fished the east side about a half mile from the dam on Saturday. Son-in-law, daughter and I caught about 24 fish in 3 hours of fishing! Best action we have seen for several years. Ice was good - about 6 solid inches. Most were about 16" but three were 22" plus. All were caught on crawlers. Broke off 3 fish - which we rarely do.
Need to know the Salmon river conditions - need to try out the new G-Loomis soon!

Checked the Salmon river today and it is a little slushy. The warmer weather this week should clear the slush up by the weekend and it should be great!!!!!!!! I have a new Loomis to test too, but cannot until after I get it for Christmas LOL
