[fishin] in the winter boat or no boat most of the time you will want to have a slow presentation. for this i fish wacky worm style. to get fish to bite at structure cast basic on it thn let it fall if you dont get a bite on the fall wait about 10 seconds then jig it a few times. mostly i would use almost any worm without a ribbon tail hook it straight through the middle. this will give it a akward looking movement
