Swan Falls catfishing 10/29 - BigAl85 - 10-31-2010
My buddy and I decided to go to Swan Falls Friday night to see if the cats were still biting. We got there shortly after 10 and went below the dam close to the boat ramp. We started with nightcrawlers and had no luck until about midnight when a little perch got hooked on my buddies sons 1/0 hook. About 20 minutes later I reeled in a decent rainbow... Again hooked with a 1/0 hook. Soon after that my buddy caught a whitefish. We ended up using it for cut bait. Within 10 minutes we had the first cat 28" 9lbs. We ended up staying till 4:30am catching 11 cats all together. A couple bullheads a yellow belly and the rest were channel cats of varying size. To my surprise it was one of the best catfishing trips I've had all year.

I thought bullheads and yellow bellys were the same thing.
