Spinnerbait trailers - gdn443 - 09-12-2010 While bass fishing yesterday we came to a wind blown shore and pulled out our spinnerbaits. As I watched my partner get two fish in three casts I said what are you doing different. He had bit off a white fluke and used the tail to bulkup the presentation. I did the same and started to get fish. Make sure you don't have any Megastrike on it, not good.[ ![]() [signature] Re: [gdn443] Spinnerbait trailers - Edgy779 - 05-12-2011 Never tried to put trailers on them going out this weekend to pick up some tackle, need to still be able to fish while saving money for a rod, picking up a new spinner baits lets say my bro got a hold of it and was casting it in the driveway and its all scratched and dinged up. I need to see about either modifying some worms or see if this style of trailer I used is still available. I like the split tail type.[fishin] [signature] Re: [gdn443] Spinnerbait trailers - bigpikeguy - 05-17-2011 Ill tip mine with a curly tail grub sometimes if i feel i need to. I will also use grubs on my bass jigs as well. [signature] |
