awhile back i remember seeing a link to a video on a tackle box that supposedly cannot dump when locked. it has a bunch of levels and once locked is supposed to keep all tackle in its proper place. any info on this would be great! thanks

I think it was the Life and lock or lifn n lock. A google search of these names should bring it up for you.
