so headed up to the area where hobble creek enters mud bay. tons of carp in there. got up there to find out it was completely closed off for road construction[mad]
where do I go to find good carp fishing somewhat close to provo?
any help would be great. I just bought a lot of flies and line to go fish for them. can't let it go to waist. [

I have no idea. I have been to a few of them, but hobble creek is the only one that I have seen with rising carp.
