locators - etep - 08-08-2010 Looking for advise on locators. Would like b/w, no GPS, not concerned about alot of features, 5in. screen w/ backlight would be nice, and as much power as I can find in a b/w (1000RMS?). Any advice? Thanks in advance [signature] Re: [etep] locators - River_Runner - 08-09-2010 I just purchased a Hummingbird 150 it is a great unit and it sounds just like what you want. I bought it at a local sporting good store . It was around 80.00$ . It works exstreamly well . I hope this will help... I have a Humminbird 565 (cost around 180 on clearance) the newer model that replaced the 565 is 570. I have it mounted on a toon for float tubing and it is awesome. Take a look around your local shop and see what they have to offer. Also gotot he Humminbird website and look at the different models. They have some good info there.
