bft tackle get together - jigs - 07-24-2010
its been a year sense we tried a bft get together. It didnt turn out to well last year but it seems our idaho site has grown a bit sense then. i was wondering what you guys thought about trying to do another one before hunting season comes around?

first and foremost who close to what I am in Boise, second do we try for a lake or river derby. I am sure we could do a lucky peak kokanee, not sure who has boats or what. I would be willing to take a couple guys on my boat. I also am trying to get ready for antelope.

I will go any where but i prefer the boise / twin falls area because it is close. As far as fish go I am up for anything. Limited on my access as I have a canoe. I'm in the market for a boat just have not found the right one yet.

I would be in for any type of meet, pizza or a day on the water. Sold the boat and only have our float tubes, but we are game for floating around and trying to keep up with all the boats [fishin] We are near Twin Falls, so any where from Boise to Poky works for us.

I actually know of a guy that tried to get towed around in his float tube, didn't fair so well. Maybe if they would have towed him backwards it would have been better, but in his UTube, being towed from the front his leggs and fins acted like a lip on a deep diver crankbait, damn near drowned him. LOL But hey thanks for thinking of me.

what would be the best accesable locale to everyone from pocatello to boise? Salmon falls, Strike Res, Anderson Ranch, American falls The snake somewhere in between? Is this a one day deal or maybe a weekend? I feel there is a lot of questions to ask? Or does some one that feels like heading it up picks a location and just goes with it?

windriver a while back i had heard the utah mods talking about getting some banners and items for idaho get togethers did they speak with you about this at all or do you know who we could contact?
