Teach oh masterful one.
What is the biggest Hares Ear you tie/fish on stillwater? What colors work best in large and/or small bodies of water.
Add if you will any tips on fishing the mighty hares ear. I have tried tons ever since I saw you killing them on that pond a few months ago. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Any help would be appreciated.

#12 is my favorite size. Natural color but the dark Haresear has it's moment. Intermediate or Type II line and retrieve depends on the fish. Like today, I felt like I was doing the Salt Water stripping...fast!!!! retrieve for the carp.
