hey everybody, post your pictures of fish that you have caught that seem to have survived something that they shouldn't have
this fish has a gill snapped in two, but was still fighting hard, lucky fish

here is a catfish I caught that has a big bite out of his belly. I guess a turtle got to him. He was alive and well and fought tough.

that was a lucky fish, found a blue gill like that, but it was notch shape on his back, looked like maybe a bird or a birth defect,
the injured ones always seem to fight harder

i've caught bass with what appears to be a broken and healed back, i've caught them with missing eyes, bluegill with almost thir whole lips missing, etc. etc. etc. you fish a lot, you get to see some weird things

ya today, i caught a bass that looks like it's eye was stuck with a hook and pulled in, fought like heck
