Fish finder help - blastncast - 03-12-2010
I am looking for a fish finder to put on my 9 Ft pontoon. I know that there are many on this site that use this set up so I would like to see if you all have any suggestions. I am looking at a Bottom Line Fishin' Buddy 1200, Any comments or concerns with this unit or other brands or models that would work better?

Ask on the float tube forum also. There is some great information already on there. Look in float tube archives for some past articles on this, also do a search on there. I was looking at Fish Finders last year and the information I got on there helped a lot. They also have lots of pictures of way to mount FF on pontoons.
I got a Hummingbird 565, but some others have experience with the Fishing Buddies.
