Stream bed bill tomorrow! - TS30 - 02-21-2010
I have been out of town the last few days, so I haven't been able to pass on updates. Both HB 80 and HB 141 are going to be debated tomorrow (Monday) in the House at 230. This is the last minute, we need to unite and let our elected officials know which way we would like them to vote. Please see the message below and take a few minutes to help out!
This is the last ditch effort, please note this is "not in the bag" by any means. Its going to continue to be a tough battle to the very end. We really need to keep it going and finish strong.... Monday is D O or D I E!

We still have the Senate. Even if HB 141 passes this vote (that is likely IMO at this point) all is not lost. Keep your heads up. There is still work to do!

Not yet. If HB 141 passes tomorrow and goes through the rest of the process, then yes.
Email the representatives tonight to oppose HB 141. Your voice is critical!

Cant wait if 141 does pass. I'll be waiting right on the river where the land owners came out and harrassed me for 2 hours straight last month. Then up the legal system again to the supreme court.
