I don't have anything really recent, but I fished the derby 2 weeks ago. Fishing for me was pretty steady throughout the day. I caught 25-30 fish in the 7 hours of the derby. Nothing very big but several nice fat 16-17 inchers. We were fishing in 17 feet of water with white/pink jigs tipped with meal worms. The vexilar came in quite handy when the fish were a little suspended off the bottom. The top prize went to a 20 incher. Hope this helps.
