Ice Fishing Island Park Reservoir? - TheGrovBone - 01-19-2010
I've heard ice fishing on Island Park Reservoir has been slow. I'm heading up that way next week, has anyone been up that way recently? If so, what should I expect? Any info would be great! Thanks!

havnt heard anything recently but this time last year it was on fire and fish were being caught very shallow my buddys and i went up several time last january and febuary and limited out using pink or green paddle bugs tipped with nightcrawler.

Was out on the west end near Centenial sub-division from 2-5p. Tried everything we had. One bite, one 16" rainbow. Caught this fish rather shallow (10') . Extremely slow.

bummer. I was hoping it had picked up a little. Have any of you fished Elk Lake just over the Montana border near Raynolds Pass? This is another lake I've been considering...
