Warm water on Snake/carping areas??? - Everet14 - 01-17-2010 Alright, I am pretty sick of ice fishing right now and even a little sick of fishing the rivers around here. So I was thinking of chasing some carp. Does anybody know of any warm-water discharges into the Snake of Portnuef rivers? Does anybody know of any spots where some winter carpin' would be possible? Some open water, but I can't see the carp and I do site fish for them. Rivers have been a nice change for me.
