Which SE Idaho lake on New Years? - lordCrappie - 12-28-2009 I live in Cache Valley and I am looking to hit some SE Idaho lakes on New Years and I don't know of which to hit. I know some BFTer's are unwilling to share info to a resident of Utah but, how do I say it, Utah panfish fishing is terrible. I have fished most lakes in these areas over the past few years. Twin Lakes in the summer and fall treat me well. I have read that Twin Lakes has been terrible and others like Glendale, Lamont, and Weston are also possible options. I hate to spend money on a trip that doesn't produce. I would appreciate any information. PM me if you like. Thanks. LC. Even Roberts gravel pond w/ it's 3" perch is reporting being slow! If you want some trout though I'm hearing that Chesterfield, Daniels and some others have been doing OK. I dont ice fish yet, but if it is slow there, just down the road is Crystal springs pond, put and take trout pond. I dont' think this pond freezes. Good luck match [signature] Re: [lordCrappie] Which SE Idaho lake on New Years? - Belasko - 12-29-2009 Also check out the thread on Sportsmans park on American Falls Res. That seems to be the only place reporting perch getting caught. [signature] Re: [lordCrappie] Which SE Idaho lake on New Years? - lordCrappie - 12-29-2009 Thanks everyone for the info. I hope to do drown a worm somewhere! LC [signature] |
