I've been tying too - flygoddess - 12-11-2009 Got James posting on here more and that is awesome, not to mention some KILLER ties. I do allot of fly swaps in the cold. Got like 5 going right now but here is a few of my offerings: Wet Fly: STILLWATER fly: Steelhead fly: You can tell it has been cold cause getting me to sit down and tie is like pulling teeth, but once there, I can't stop! I don't know about tying one of these in 20's. the deer hair is almost the thickness of the hook shank length.....LOL Maybe a fuzzy floss body and the hackle could work.
