Got out around 6:00, fished around in the main channel for about half an hour and found a school of spots hitting the top so we threw out spooks and did great. We caught around 20 good size spots, largest being a little over 3, my son caught a nice little stripe, it was his first so he was pumped. We fished that spot for little over an hour and the wind picked up as it got dark i thought it might rain so we called a night, for a short trip we had a blast. Going to try again tomorrow morning if this rain ever ends. emoRain
