<br /> I put in @ HBSP under a beautiful sunrise. TWC showed cloudy w/ L &amp;amp; V winds. Thin, wispy clouds, plenty of sunshine, and 10 mph winds greeted me...well, they were close...NOT...what a bunch of dummies. Now I&#39;l never make it to Patten Isl. from here and back having to fight the wind all day. So I picked apart the East side of the bay and around the cut to the East of the entrance...every stump, brush pile, lay-down, drop, point, and cove...twice<br /> I threw 89 different soft plastics on 2 different c-rigs and 2 different t-rigs, 47 different crankbaits, 31 different spinnerbaits, 23 different topwaters, 9 jigs, and a partridge in a pear tree. I left the dang kitchen sink at home or I&#39;d have thrown it too!<br /> I caught one that I got to measure 12&amp;quot; when I stepped on him, but I could not get the picture just right to make it look like a 5-pounder.<br /> It was a beautiful morning to be on the water.
