EricM, Chick, Afternoon/evening Cats, 9-2-09, watching the bass tx guys - FishNews - 09-04-2009 Thought I'd try the bite later in the day so I wandered out and had the place to myself. Water flow was 40000+ and I was hoping for a good bite. Wrong! Still no action on the bottom and all I could find suspended were 5 and 6 pounders. Still had a good time.emoThumbsup <br /><br />There was no doubt when the bass tournaments blasted off. What a hoot - everyone who took off from Harrison bay ran to Grasshopper, and everyone from Grasshopper ran to Harrison bay! emoDoh A bunch of them stopped at their "special" "secret" humps and brushpiles near me (one boat after another) expecting to catch "their" fish at spots that had been hammered all day.<br /><br />I remember now why I became a multi-species, relaxed-style fisherman. I actually enjoy fishing!! emoBig emoBig
