Novice needs help finding a place to fish near McCall - djward - 08-19-2009
Hello,
I am going to be visiting McCall this weekend and wanted to do a little fishing while I am there (just a half day trip). I am a bit of a novice and usually go out with friends who are much more experienced but this time it will just be and my friend who is even less experienced. I am not familiar with the area at all and would like to do some fishing from shore (not fly). Not looking for trophy fish, but want to catch and release a lot of half decent fish (18-20"). Does anybody have any suggestions? I am willing to hike a couple of miles to get to a nice place. Thanks in advance.
