sold a float tube - Illinoisgiller - 08-08-2009
Since I have already ordered a new replacement for this old Fish Cat#4, I sold my old one for $40 to a 19 year old lad that is dating my granddaughter.
I took him fishing in it one time and he was all over me to find where he can get one. lol
I felt bad charging him anything but it is still a good tube. I told him there is a one year guarentee with it. lol I think it is 7 years old and I have caught litterally many hundreds of fish from this tube.
I hope he gets to enjoy it for a few years.

Looks like a dang nice ride for 40 bucks! That is a lucky kid. You are a good guy for giving him the deal. The thing I look at is this. Ya you could have given it to him, but he didn't work for it and he might not take care of it. If he gives you money then he has something invested in it. It is now HIS but you gave him a good deal.
