Got to the lake around 7:30pm. Forgot the tackle box and someone was on the spot I was planning on fishing. Map was in the tackle box. So we had only the 5 lures tied on and I really did not want to go far. Tried a new spots I had seen other times while looking at the map. Nothing. The person left my 19ft hump I wanted to fish, so I went there. Immediately the whites start up some jumps. Mendy catches two on a spoon. I find a white rattle trap in the boat and tie it on. I catch two. Man they fight good. Then threw a 10.5 T-rig and caught a 14" LG off the same hump. Left at 9:30. Water temp was 81ish.
