anybody besides me notice that when you catch a gizzard shad and gotta handle them to get them of the hook that your hands will stink for 2 to 3 days afterwards..the smell just wont wash out..

Our gizzard shad don't bite. They are pretty small. One in a million chance they will actually hit a lure. The ones i have snagged on accident had no noticeable scent.
