Dropshot, Chickamauga, Bass, 7/21/2009, Solo - FishNews - 07-23-2009
<br /> Met a friend who had taken his son out on the Chick and decided to get in a few hours of fishing. Started out with an inline fuse issue that had me hanging my feet out over the water while I bypassed the fuse to get my electronics working. Chatted with Churly and a few others before finally getting myself ready to go. Heading up above Sequoyah to my first stop and after about twenty minutes caught my first fish, a four pounder on a swimbait. Lost one other before heading back towards HBSP. On the way back I marked a hump with fish on it and dropped a buoy. Backed off of it and quicly caught 4 more bass, all healthy spots in the 14-15 inch range, on a LFT Lures Ring Fry and a LFT Craw. About that time decided I needed to get back home to late night homework and studies for school. A beautiful day on the lake.<br />
