Mepps Flying C spinners - gardenhackle - 07-21-2009 Does anyone know were to get some 5/8 oz Mepps Flying C spinners. I got a couple at the Ace in Pocatello but all they had were 7/8 oz. Just do a search for them on their website and they will come up. They have both the 5/8 and 7/8 sizes. Was trying to avoid shipping by shopping local but they are hard to find even on the internet. They also have good sales on G loomis rods also. I bought a GL2 for steelheading and saved $75 on the same rod that sportsmans has in stock. Their service is pretty good also! Just out of curiosity, Why are you looking for flying C's? [signature] Re: [tech29] Mepps Flying C spinners - gardenhackle - 07-23-2009 They seemed to be the hot bait on the Salmon. I saw a lot of hookups with them and I am also thinking the chartreuse color will work for Lakers on Jackson Lake. [signature] |
