BBass, Nickajack, CFF #6, 7/18/09, Jason - FishNews - 07-21-2009 <br /> What a great day and weekend to be on the water. The fish didn't bite too good on Nick but Jason and I managed to put together a small limit and culling only once. Yea, 4 keepers all morning. <br /> Fished in the mist of 20 plus boats it seemed..LOL. Hitting a grass flat and picking up a couple of keepers on top water and a Texas rigged worm. Only had 5.32...good enough to tie with Taz but it looked as if the average weights were around 5-5 1/2 pounds. So I guess we did ok. <br /> As usual, CFF events are fun and enjoyable. Thanks to all of those that came out to fish this with us. I'd like to also thank Ranger Rob for getting this committee together late last year. With CFF events holding a good 25-30 boat average emoApplause ....I think we put together something fun and easy to fish. emoThumbsup <br /> <br /> See you at the next one and I should have points up either tonight or tomorrow night. The weather is too good to stay home this evening. emoAngler
