bass lures - NE_fisherman - 07-16-2009
im completly resalking my tackle box with lures and lures arent my strong point. i was just looking for some suggestions on lures of all kinds to buy. thanks

I guess you can start off with a soft jerkbait . I like DOA Soft jerkbaits and Zoom flukes in peral white and bubblegum color. Or Senkos work awesome in green punkin. Buzzbaits for top water or spinnerbaits tube baits are great for bass also. There are so many lures and baits for bass its crazy but just stick to the basic lures and colors to start off. I'm a big crankbait fan, I would stock up with an asst. from shallow baits such as A Mann's Baby 1- some shad raps, bandits Bomber and Norman.Lucky Craft and Jackall male great Crankbaits though they pricy they work.

SENKO´S LOTS OF THEM!!! I catch alot of small and Large Mouth on Grubs in chartreuse, white, pumpkin and green. Maniaccustomelures.com has awesome products at a good price.

I think that you should start que hard jerksbaits, it easy and really good, start doing jerking, it funny and later start with soft baits with texas rigs and drop shots.

I have a pretty well stocked tacklebox with a good assortment of all types of bass lures and panfish jigs and lures but I have caught the majority of my larger bass on soft plastics.
Lately on wacky rigged soft plastic worms.
