I am liking my conditioning program. Carry buckets of bait up and down the hill, throw a cast net 40 times, and then run 4 miles with Pointer.<br /><br />Flow wasn&#39;t much to my liking this morning, and bait was tough to come by. Pointer pulled in some nice largemouth though. She caught 5-6, and they came on a mix of threadfins and a couple of gizzards that were at least 6 inches long. She had one at least 4 lbs come up and slam it right by her legs, and it pulled off. Fishing would have been really hot I think if they turned up the water while we were fishing.<br /><br />Anyway, we usually do the 4 miles in around 35 minutes, and I am pretty well beat after carrying the bait and the run.<br /><br />Pointer caught her biggest ones fishing with me yet and we&#39;ll hit it again Sunday morning.
