So I find a new lake to go to in one of my books. I looked
at it on line-looks good.
Got up at 4:00 am, drove 1.5 hrs. Got there-very nice.
Fished for about 6 hours then the wind really picked up
which I did know that is going to happen.
Packed up my stuff and went home. I will be back.
Got about a dozen of those..............

i live in socal, about 45 min. north/west of LA.
not the best place to live for a fisherman, but Im
making the best of it.
The beach is about 40 min. from my house and ok fresh
water fishing is about 45-60 min. Really good trout
fishing about 6 hours.
the lake in the picture is Lake Elizabeth about 1.5 hours.
