So we thought we could get a few good keepers in the boat so I entered. been doing pretty good the past week. Well all my fish were gone. or the few I had seen around, they and their friends left. We caught 4 bass and a cat tonight. Caught one bass on a cranks bait and had one come off the same crank bait. Those were on a point. I also caught one there while on the phone with Wiskers on a c-rig. Then moved to an under water deep point and nothing there. I caught one just up from there on the top of the channel break, but this one was small, it fell to the c-rig. Tried a 16-20 hump after that with no fish in the boat. Then moved to a shallow cove with grass to try something different, caught another 13" on a c-rig. Then tried a deep 20-22ft rocky bank with no fish. Took out around 9:55. I looked like a good bit of people were weighing in. Water temp at 83-84. Looks like I got a lot to learn still. I gotta find them again I guess.
