First we would like to thank the ones resposible for the tournament emoHoppingmad , Thank You. Van and I made a last minute decision to fish friday night as we don&#39;t normally start night fishing till around July. emoToast I was glad to see a few &quot;old&quot; faces, a few new ones and a few I see way too much already.<br /><br />Van and I started the evening fishing duck weeds in 1-3&#39; of water hoping the all day cloud cover kept the fish shallow. We had a limit (10#) before dark on spinnerbaits and buzzbaits with another 4-5 that wouldn&#39;t measure. I believe Chuck and Daniel also caught their limit in the same spot after we left the area. emoEnforce emoPoke After dark I caught a couple fish on a jig but we mostly threw spinnerbaits (no big surprise to anyone that&#39;s fished with either of us.) Van had the hot hand last night with a black blade. I fished a red blade and caught several fish but mostly just operated the net and culled for Van. The areas we fished were a mixture of rock bluffs on the main lake to 1&#39; shallows in the backs of pockets. We didn&#39;t develop a real pattern but covered about every junk hole either of us has ever caught a fish. As I said, we don&#39;t normally fish at night this time of year and didn&#39;t know what to expect so we just went fishing. I believe we fished about 15 areas and used more luck than anything. All of our stops were between the nuclear plant and Booker T park.<br /><br />Van and I Thank You again and hope you all have tight lines. Call or PM me Jerry, we need to go fishing again.
