Cuzn BIll ne me Thought we would give the Chic dam area a try this morning and we had a really good day. We caught 10 blue cats up to 12 lbs, 4 channel cats up to 8 lbs, 6 drum from 15 to 23 lbs, 4 spots (one of which was a magnum), 1 small 3lb flathead AND the bonus of the day was a 37 lb Paddlefish with a broken bill. My first paddlefish on a circle hook. Shad was hard to find this morning but we did manage about 25 threadfins and 6 good sized gizzard shad. We used chicken thighs and shad for bait. The pics are of the 23lb drum and the Paddlefish.
