From the Au Sable - lonehunter - 05-20-2009 Deercamp buddy of mine hit the Au Sable last weekend with his fly stick and got a few bows below the alcona pond and some suckers and smallies down at the footesite . I go and hit the same waters a day later and get rockbass !!!!! He is just west of Foote Dam (you can see dam from his backyard... it's one of those house way the hell up on the hill) He said rock bass have started to come alive last few days of fishing.
