I was a young boy and caught a pike while i was playing around casting a sunfish i had just caught.

I fished pike every dazy after school after that.

My first memories of catching fish are of trout in a boat. It was fun for a while but i have moved on to bigger and better things. Tiger muskies, bass. You know, the better fish.[:p]

My first fishing experience and fish caught was a Bass. My dad was in B.A.S.S. when I was a kid and he took me with him on his bass boat when I was around 5 years old to Sardis Lake, MS. I think the biggest I caught that first time fishing was about a 6lb bass, and I must have caught 20 more smaller bass that day.

I was very lucky to have a dad that loved fishing started me off young and taught me all his great bass fishing knowledge at an early age.

I have been bass fishing ever since all my life. I do crappie and bluegill fish quite often but Bass fishing is still my favorite sport.

I would have to say mine was brook trout. We use to go into the mountains and you could catch fish all day long.

Started out catfishing at a friend's pond. I then tried the river, but didn't have much success. When I started dating my girlfriend, my passion for it was rejuvenated.
Last summer, however, we caught some largemouth bass on cane poles, so I started trying bass fishing with bass fishing equipment. So I've since become primarily a bass fisherman. They're the fish I love to catch.
