Boat regular Jimmy A. was the only brave soul to fish with us on Mothers Day.
High winds made fishing rough but we managed to get Jimmy his dinner and a few
shorts. All the rest of you cowards, I know, will blame it on the wind but we
all know that you forgot it was Mothers Day and that your wives would have
kicked your butts if you came out.
May 11
Todays 4 man charter was awarded their limit of bass to 21 lbs in just over an
hour. Then played catch and release for a while. The open boat went out with 3
passengers and also had their limit early. A new body of bigger and hungrier
fish moved in. That was nice to see.
